Regency Short Gown

My most recent finished project for myself is this Regency Shortgown. The pattern is a new one, the GVC & M 19th Century Shortgown, available at Burnley and Trowbridge. It was an easy pattern to make up, but I could see parts in the directions that would be frustrating for beginner sewers, so bewarned!

I made this up for the Historical Sew Fortnightly challenge, hosted by the Dreamstress over on facebook. I figure it is a good opportunity to make sure I get some projects done for myself this year and not just my costumers!
