1850s Wedding Gown

This past March, I had the honor of making a stunning 1850s low-bodied wedding gown for a dear friend! The dress actually started off as a modern wedding dress made of Duchess Silk Satin, which I cut apart and fashioned into a dress dress for her!

We trimmed the dress very simply to show off the fabric. A little embroidery, some silk net, and well-fitted lines!
